The Adventures of the J Team was written by Top Cat Theatre Company’s artistic director. It was originally created for a two-week beach mission in 1991, but has since been performed in numerous primary school assemblies with
Aimed at seven to 11-year-olds, the drama presents the message of Luke’s gospel in 10 episodes, with an allegorical futuristic sci-fi theme that appeals to adults as well as
children. Join schoolchildren James, Jane and Dudley in the year 2045 as they hurtle through the galaxy, helping the mysterious Big J tackle the evil Dr Lou Cypher, who now
controls the planet Earth with his brain-washing machine.
The material has now been published by Bible Reading Fellowship as a drama and
